We are
getting close to October 21-23rd! I just wanted to go
over a few items with you.
1.
All
16u games will be played at Collins Park (Spring Klein)
2.
You
will have 5 games, all within your pool, all on one field
3.
Games will begin Friday at 6pm. Be prepared to play at 6pm
4.
All
teams receiving this email will be true 16u teams. Any team that is
caught playing up will be removed from the tournament. Please let us
know now if you are a 14u team.
5.
We
must have your recruiting roster emailed to us at this email by
October 12th at 6pm for the college book. This is the
absolute deadline, no exceptions. The roster must be one page, no
exceptions. Rosters that do not print on one page will be sent back
to you. I have attached a sample of my team to show you the basic
information that you need and how it should look.
6.
All
out of town teams should have sent their hotel information to
Ashleigh by now
ashdeann05@comcast.net . If you have not, please send today.
7.
The
schedule will be posted on the website
www.ronaldmcdonaldtournament.com on Monday, October 10th.
Please be aware that the schedule will be final. There are many
teams on the wait list that would love to play, so please understand
that our scheduler did the best job they could scheduling as fair as
they could.
