1. Teams should report to the assigned field at least 1 hr before game time, please provide proof of insurance to the Tournament Desk upon arrival.

2. Wilson Sporting goods is providing the softballs for the tournament

3. Practice games will be 65 minutes, drop dead

4. Practice games will be bat the line up, free substitutions

5. Bracket games will be 75 minutes. All ASA rules apply

6. Teams will provide their own cups for drinking water. The tournament will provide coolers with ice and water

7. Teams must clean up dugouts when game is over

8. All net profit goes to the Ronald McDonald House of Houston

9. No bad behavior will be tolerated. This is a charity tournament and should be addressed that way

10. Metal cleats will NOT be allowed

11. Please observe all park rules
